He has developed and implemented high-value solutions and resources that have driven successful optimization and transformation initiatives at large Healthcare and Financial institutions. Focusing specifically on operations management, He has held executive level positions at Tandem Computers (HP), TeleTech, Accenture, Verizon Business and ACS (Xerox).
